We pride ourselves in providing you with the freshest, highest quality cheese available. That is why we only ship cheese on Monday and Tuesday--in order to avoid leaving your package in a warm warehouse over the weekend. Your shipping cost covers packaging to keep the cheese cool as well as USPS Priority Mail delivery to ensure rapid transport of the cheese. Rather than keep the shipping cost a surprise until you check out, we want you to know right up front. There is a flat $5 shipping fee for any order up to 3 pounds.

Bold is the best way to describe this cheddar. This cheese is full of flavor thanks to a robust, roasted garlic and a tangy taste of dill. This flavorful blend makes a tremendous cheddar cheese for topping a cracker, or taking right off the cheese platter. Garlic/Dill Cheddar is a new Mapledale favorite that has a rapidly expanding fan base.
